1. Information we collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone), order details, prescription documents you upload, payment metadata (we never store full card numbers), and limited device data (IP, browser, pages viewed). For ED medications and supplements, we may collect the protected health information (PHI) required by HIPAA to verify your prescription with a licensed provider.

2. How we use it

To process orders, verify prescriptions with licensed physicians and our verified IndiaMART vendor network, send transactional messages (order, refill, shipping), respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send marketing or promotional offers.

3. HIPAA & PHI

Havok Fitness LLC treats prescription documents, intake answers, and provider communications as Protected Health Information (PHI). PHI is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access is restricted to staff with a legitimate need-to-know, and we maintain an audit log of every access. We do not sell PHI. We share PHI only with the licensed providers and verified vendors required to fulfill your order.

4. SMS & call consent

By providing a phone number and checking our SMS consent box, you authorize Havok Fitness LLC to send transactional and marketing text messages. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We require a real, non-VoIP phone for ED-medication verification calls.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies for authentication and cart state, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site functions will not work without them.

6. Your rights
