2. Sourcing concierge — not a pharmacy

Havok Fitness LLC is a wellness and sourcing concierge. We do not manufacture, dispense, or sell prescription medications directly. For ED medications and other Rx items, we connect verified IndiaMART personal vendors and licensed pharmacies with customers who hold a valid prescription. Your medication ships from the verified vendor — Havok facilitates authenticity verification, pricing, and customer support.

3. Prescription requirement

Orders for ED medications require a valid prescription. You must upload it at checkout or accept a verification call. Orders without a verified Rx will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally able to receive the products you order in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments, shipping, returns

Prices are in USD. Shipping is free over $75. Supplements and apparel: 30-day money-back guarantee. Prescription medications: non-returnable for safety, except for damaged or incorrect items.
